I am guilty of the title of this article. I am amazingly and shamefully guilty as sin and beyond sin. I found some photos a friend put up on Facebook, He had made some candy. Chocolate covered cream caramel squares. The evil git made me drool. So I asked him if he would share the recipe with me for the blog. This recipe and these wonderful photos being shared here, are the result. So I give you, all the way from Finland some amazing candy for you to make at home.
Sorry folks, we are a bit low key today, we are enjoying the calm before the storm, so no pictures I am afraid. I am preparing for my first craft fair that will happen at Pettengill Farm in Salisbury MA, The Vintage Bazaar. I would love to see all of you there on the 22nd or 23rd of June.
Vappu, is what Finnish people call the first of May. They have some interesting traditions that belong solely to them. These are not known in the realm of Sverige (Sweden) or Norway that border Finland. This lovely little treat of a beverage is distinct and special to Finland.
