Jarred Lavender Sugar is beautiful and sophisticated. Great to use for baking. Tastes amazing, and is absolutely wonderful. I use it for things like Lavender biscotti and many other very nice pastries. You can combine it with a bit of lemon extract and come up with something delicious and very south of France.
