Living on a small farm with many edible gardens means sometimes we get some interesting ripe berries, as well as interesting other things. So in this photo, you see edible nasturtiums, surrounding a small dish of mixed berries. This is a very simple berry salad, and how it’s made is easy. I went out gathered some wild blue berries, a few raspberries and plenty of mulberries and surrounded them in a small dish with slightly spicy edible flowers. This is easy and you can play with it in a trillion different ways. Have fun!
