Today, for breakfast I made some amazing coffee, and I know it is good because I pay close attention to my venders and their quality. Milk, scones, orange juice, tea, our very own homemade spa water (the recipe is under recipes somewhere.) granola, locally produced jams, fruit, fresh hard boiled 18 hour old eggs laid right behind the house by our very own gaggle of chickens. The bacon is covered in the photo, but if you remove the cover, you would see high quality bacon strips from cows grazing 5 minutes down the road, organic, and local. A better quality breakfast you would have a hard time finding anywhere. I work hard to make sure our ingredients are top quality, fresher even than what you get at a farm stand or the organic specialty supermarket.
