So, here I am again, to tell you all more about the wonders of Newburyport MA. When we left off we were heading along Water Street towards Plum Island, and we were about to make a very special stop. But here, you have the river on one side and lovely old houses on the other side of the street. You pass a really strange green castle house thing along the route it has mermaid barbies out in the garden in front. Every year they go crazy putting up decorations for the different holidays. But we are going to keep walking…. Our first destination is very dear to my heart. The Nantucket Stock Exchange in Newburyport.
We are starting a new tradition here at Cafe Primrose, and it feels good to be breaking new ground. What feels even better is to be doing our share to help the homemade/handmade movement by shining a monthly spotlight on someone awesome.
My mum, Dyan from Dharmacrafts, thought it would be fabulous to share how she is saving some money this year! She has many great vases and even several nice trays acquired over the years. So rather than spending a fortune on Christmas wreaths and different greenery, she dressed up some of these lovely pieces she already had in her home with bits and pieces of inexpensive Christmas greenery.
